- Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.1 Withdrawal Period
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a carrier nominated by you) receive the last goods.
- For contracts for multiple goods delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item.

- Effects of Withdrawal
2.1 Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method).
We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
2.2 Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs:
- If you are returning from within the EU: For orders below €40, you bear the direct cost of return. For orders above €40, we provide a free return label.
- If you are returning from outside the EU: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. For tea products, this means you may open the package to inspect the product, but should not consume the tea if you intend to return it.
- Faulty or Incorrect Goods
3.1 Non-conforming goods
If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and EU Consumer Sales Directive:
- 30 days from delivery: You have the right to reject faulty goods and get a full refund.
- Up to 6 months: If a fault appears within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can prove otherwise. You can choose between repair or replacement (where possible), or a price reduction or refund if repair/replacement is impossible or disproportionate.
- Up to 6 years (5 in Scotland): You may have rights to claim a remedy for faulty goods, though you may need to prove the fault existed at delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no expense to you.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (once the tea package is opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized goods (if we create custom tea blends specifically for you)
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Cancellation Before Shipment
