- Delivery Issues
6.1 Late Delivery
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs processing, weather, local postal delays, etc.). If your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at 980893@qq.com, and we will investigate.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If we fail to deliver within this period and the delay is our fault, you may be entitled to a refund.
6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
BrewHeal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local postal service first, then reach out to us for assistance.
6.3 Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at 980893@qq.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, we cannot reroute the package, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
